About The Project
ABACT provides medical aesthetics training and certification programs for healthcare professionals across the United States. Funnel Gator developed a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve its course visibility, attract qualified organic traffic, and strengthen its authority in medical aesthetics education.
Client: ABACT Training
Industry: Medical Aesthetics Training & Certification
Services Delivered: Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Keyword Strategy, Content Optimization, Internal Linking Architecture
Target Market: United States (Physicians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists)
Timeline: May 27 – August 25, 2026 (3 months)
The Challenge
ABACT offered specialized medical aesthetics training, but its courses lacked visibility across competitive U.S. searches. The challenge was attracting qualified healthcare professionals while building authority around multiple training and certification topics.
Medical education SEO requires accuracy, trust, and clear search intent. Each course page needed to reach the right professional audience without creating overlapping content or competing against other ABACT pages. During the previous three-month period, ABACT generated 1.65K organic clicks from 113K impressions, showing significant room to expand its search reach and qualified traffic.
Limited organic visibility: Important training and certification pages were not reaching their full search potential.
Competitive medical education market: ABACT competed against established training providers for high-value U.S. searches.
Multiple courses and search intents: Each program required distinct keyword targeting to prevent cannibalization between pages.
Authority needed across the website: Growth required stronger technical foundations, optimized course content, and supporting educational resources.
How It Started
The project began with a complete review of ABACT’s organic search performance, technical health, course pages, and existing content. The opportunity was clear: valuable training programs were available, but their visibility across relevant U.S. searches could be significantly improved.
Rather than making isolated changes, Funnel Gator built a focused three-month SEO plan. We prioritized technical issues, mapped keywords to individual courses, and optimized the pages with the strongest potential to attract qualified healthcare professionals. The strategy then expanded into supporting educational content and internal linking, helping search engines understand ABACT’s expertise across medical aesthetics training, certification, and regenerative medicine education.
Our Four-Step Approach
1. The Initial SEO Audit
We began with a focused SEO audit covering ABACT’s technical setup, organic performance, course-page targeting, and content structure. The review identified the highest-impact opportunities for improving visibility across U.S. medical aesthetics searches. From these findings, we created a three-month roadmap prioritizing technical fixes, on-page optimization, keyword mapping, internal linking, and supporting content, giving every action a clear purpose and measurable outcome.
2. The Deep SEO Audit
We conducted a detailed audit of ABACT’s technical health, search performance, and content architecture to understand what was limiting organic growth across its medical aesthetics training programs. The analysis covered indexing, crawlability, metadata, keyword overlap, course-page relevance, internal linking, and content gaps. Google Search Console established the baseline at 1.65K clicks, 113K impressions, and a 1.5% CTR, providing clear benchmarks for the campaign.
3. Defining the SEO Direction
Before optimizing individual pages, we needed a clear search strategy for ABACT’s complete training portfolio. Each course required a distinct keyword focus aligned with its topic, audience, and search intent. We mapped commercial keywords to priority course pages and supporting informational topics to the blog. This established a consistent structure, reduced keyword overlap, and helped every page contribute to ABACT’s authority in medical aesthetics education.
4. The Priority Pages Came First
We started with ABACT’s highest-value course pages, the pages most closely connected to enrolment intent and the strongest opportunities for qualified organic traffic. Each page received a defined keyword target, improved title and heading structure, clearer course information, stronger internal links, and content aligned with what U.S. healthcare professionals were searching for.
We then optimized supporting pages and developed educational content around regenerative medicine, injectables, anatomy, peptides, and other medical aesthetics topics. This phased approach allowed improvements to build across the website, contributing to the 204% increase in organic clicks and 132% increase in impressions within three months.
Site Structure & Topical Authority
To expand ABACT’s organic visibility, we developed focused content around medical aesthetics training, regenerative medicine, injectables, accreditation, and clinical education. Each page addressed a specific search intent, strengthened the connection between related topics, and helped healthcare professionals find relevant training information without creating overlapping or repetitive content.
ABACT offers training across multiple medical aesthetics disciplines, so we reorganized the website navigation to help healthcare professionals find the right programs, courses, and educational resources more easily. Instead of presenting disconnected pages, we grouped related training topics into clear categories, including regenerative medicine, injectables, laser, microneedling, IV therapy, and anatomy. This structure created clearer user journeys, strengthened internal linking, and helped search engines understand the relationship between ABACT’s core programs and supporting educational content.
Custom Educational Visuals & Course Architecture
Medical aesthetics training covers complex clinical topics that can be difficult to communicate through text alone. We introduced clear, topic-specific visuals to make ABACT’s course and educational pages easier to understand. Each visual supported the page’s subject, from regenerative medicine and injectables to anatomy, laser, microneedling, and IV therapy. This created a consistent visual language while helping visitors quickly identify the focus of each program.
We also established clear audience-specific pathways tailored for healthcare professionals across the country:
Physicians: Expand treatment capabilities through evidence-based medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine training.
Registered Nurses & Nurse Practitioners: Build practical knowledge in aesthetic treatments, patient assessment, and clinical safety.
Physician Assistants & Dentists: Strengthen procedural knowledge, facial anatomy application, and patient-care capabilities.
Practice Owners & Medical Directors: Equip clinical teams with standardized aesthetic training while expanding treatment capabilities across their practices.
SEO Content System for Long-Term Growth
Sustainable organic growth required a repeatable system. We created consistent page structures, content briefs, heading frameworks, internal-linking rules, metadata standards, and on-page optimization guidelines. This framework gave every course and educational page a clear purpose while keeping messaging, terminology, and SEO signals consistent.
New content could be added without competing with existing pages or drifting away from ABACT’s core medical aesthetics topics. The result was a scalable content foundation that supported stronger topical authority, clearer quality control, and continued growth beyond the initial three-month campaign.
The Final Outcome
Over three months, ABACT Training achieved substantial organic growth across Google Search, with stronger visibility and more qualified users discovering its medical aesthetics education programs. The campaign recorded 5.01K clicks and 262K impressions, compared with 1.65K clicks and 113K impressions previously, while CTR increased from 1.5% to 1.9%.
The results established a stronger SEO foundation for ABACT’s priority courses, supporting continued visibility across medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and clinical training searches in the United States.
